Research:
Forward and inverse modeling of geophysical data, particularly controlled-source electromagnetic (CSEM) data. Numerical modeling of geophysical data using a finite element approach. Statistical signal processing and Bayesian classification, especially as applied to the detection, discrimination, and classification of unexploded ordnance (UXO). Application of various geophysical techniques (seismic, magnetic, CSEM, etc.) to the study of the near-surface regime, specifically in the investigation of environmental and archaelogical queries.

Courses at UL Lafayette:
Seismic acquisition and processing, Honors Geology, Advanced Computer Methods
